Employee Referral Program

Axiom's Employee Referral Program gives our company the opportunity to hire quality candidates through referrals from our own employees. In recognition of the value of referrals from existing employees, any employee making a successful referral will be given a $1500 cash reward after 90 days of satisfactory employment of the referred candidate.

Eligibility

• The program is open to all Axiom employees with the exception of human resources employees (including those employees whose regular job responsibilities include hiring and/or recruiting) and company officers.
• Only USA based jobs openings are eligible for the program.
• Managers and directors are eligible for the referral reward only if a department other than the one they have responsibility for employs the person referred and hired.

Payment

Payment will be made 90 days after referral employee joins the company provided the referral employee remains on the company payroll. Payments will be made in US dollars and paid with the referring employees next scheduled payroll payment. Taxes will be taken out of this amount and reported on the employees' W-2 form at year-end.
